Membership in our collective is required for all patients utilizing the services of Long Beach Green Delivery. Membership is free.

 

Requirements for membership:

1. A current Physician's recommendation for the use of medical marijuana

2. A current California ID

3. Must be 18 years of age or older

 

Steps to becoming a member:

1. Fill out our membership agreement

2. Make a copy of your Physician's recommendation and California ID

3. Give us a call

 

No blocked calls will be accepted.

 

For the protection of our members, LBGD supports the California Department of Health ID Card Program for Medical Cannabis Patients and Primary Caregivers. This DHS Card offers the medical cannabis patient the optimum proteciton due to the SB 420 mandate that CA law enforcement must honor the DHS ID Card as verification of the patient's protections under Proposition 215.
